and sour mix. Shake with ice
and strain into chilled sugar-
rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish
with lime wedge.
Sweet & Sour mix: 1 part water, 1 part
sugar, ½ part lemon juice, ½ part lime juice
- combine over medium heat until the sugar
has dissolved, then set aside to cool
