Global Gardens
Set to open in 2020, Canada's Diversity Gardens is a $75 million
indoor/outdoor horticultural attraction. The Leaf, the Garden's
centerpiece, will feature four distinct climates across 6,000 square
metres, offering stunning meeting and event spaces.
Northern Exposure
The Winnipeg Art Gallery is expanding with a $65 million Inuit Art
Centre, which will open in 2020. This gallery will showcase the
world's most extensive public collection of contemporary Inuit art.
True North Strong & Fancy
Completing Winnipeg's SHED (Sports, Hospitality and Entertainment
District) is True North Square. Situated beside Bell MTS Place, this
$400 million mixed-use development will feature four towers, a
massive public plaza, green space, shops, a restaurant, a boutique
market, and Sutton Place Hotel — a 27-storey, 275-room luxury five-
