Anderson's Hitch 'n Post Ranch
Rustic charm meets cowboy chic at this prairie-situated ranch located 25 minutes
outside of Winnipeg. To get there, a rumbling ride on the Prairie Dog Central – a
vintage 1800's steam train – is a must, especially when you arranged a stick-up
from a band of horse-riding outlaws.
The ranch itself is studded with antiques and vintage cars for history buffs to
peruse, while the picturesque property – a mix of prairie and aspen forest – is
ideal for photography. The ranch's 4,000 square foot main hall is absolutely
charming, with wood-beamed ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace that gives off that
toasty aroma, and a vast assortment of pioneering artifacts and antiques adorning
