14 Bring It Home conventions Our Bring It Home program encourages local community leaders in business, academia and industry associations to step forward as ambassadors for Winnipeg. As advocates for our city, they work with our Bring It Home team to showcase why associations or groups should choose Winnipeg for national and international meetings and conventions. Since its inception in 2012, Bring It Home helped attract 110 meetings to our city. Those meetings meant approximately 54,700 delegates coming to Winnipeg, resulting in 87,600 room nights and an estimated direct spend of more than $58.1 million.
