Naval Museum of Manitoba
Located at H.M.C.S. Chippawa, this
museum is one of five accredited
naval museums in Canada. See the
many displays of artifacts including
ship models and bells, uniforms,
medals, heavy armament and much
more, including the Kit Shop. The
museum's goal is to preserve and
promote the history of naval heritage
in Manitoba as part of Canada's
Defence Team. Free admission.
Open Wednesdays, 9 a.m. to
3 p.m.; Sundays in July and August,
1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tours available
