Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra

Orchestra (WSO). The WSO performs a wide
variety of concerts, from most loved classics to
thrilling Pops shows, our internationally renowned
Winnipeg New Music Festival, even movies with
live musical accompaniment! The WSO performs
at the Centennial Concert Hall in the Exchange
District, a historic neighborhood filled with trendy
restaurants and local businesses, perfect for a
pre-concert meal or walking tour. Take advantage
of group and student pricing for most concerts
and enhance your experience with a backstage
tour, meet-and-greet with the conductor and
WSO musicians, or even a pre- or post-concert
reception.
The WSO also offers educational opportunities
for student performance groups. A series of
mid-day Untuxed Open Dress Rehearsals on
Saturdays are an accessible and low-cost option
for student groups. Some of the Untuxed Open
Dress Rehearsals are relaxed experiences,
which are designed to make artistic spaces
more welcoming and comfortable for neuro-
diverse audience members, anyone on the
autism spectrum and people with sensory and/or
communication disorders or learning disabilities.
