The paved Sagimay Trail takes you through forest and meadow to the Eve Werier Memorial Pond. A six-kilometre system of wood chip trails radiates from the Sagimay Trail, which in turn provides access to the Preston Trail and the Harte Trail, part of the Trans Canada Trail system. Facilities include camping, swimming, picnic sites, a riding stable, restaurant and concessions. There are 30 kilometers of walking and cross-country ski trails and seven kilometres of paved bicycle and rollerblading trails. Every July, the park is the site of the Winnipeg Folk Festival.
