Fort Parka – The Forks National
Historic Site's playground
Located just behind the Children's Museum, Parks
Canada welcomes you to come swing and slide your way
around the playground, then cool off at the splash pad.
Join Parks Canada interpreters and mascot, Parka, at The
Forks in the summer to play, learn and explore!
The Splash Pad is open July & August.
Free, fun programming for kids happens from July to
September! Sift through the sand and discover buried
artifacts, practice some aerobics and make ice cream
from scratch with Parka herself.
