1st Floor - 21,600 sq ft of meeting space can be divided into
as many as 13 separate rooms varying in size from 600 sq
ft to 3,350 sq ft ; additional meeting rooms and registration
areas include the VIP Salon and Executive Conference Centre
with videoconferencing capability
2nd Floor – 19,200 sq ft of meeting space divisible by
four; additional meeting spaces include the Cecil Richards
Boardroom, Millennium Suite, Pan Am Room, Presentation
Theatre plus a climate-controlled skywalk connecting to
Winnipeg's largest hotel
3rd Floor – 62,000 sq ft of exhibition space (total 131,000 sq ft
when including South Building)
SOUTH BUILDING highlights (expansion)
1st Floor - 24,000 sq ft York Ballroom divisible by four with
access to the street level plaza on York Avenue that offers
a weather protected gathering place as well as access to
additional 22,400 sq ft of pre-function, lobby and registration
space located on all three floors.
3rd Floor - 131,000 sq ft exhibit hall featuring contiguous
space capable of accommodating 650+ trade show booths
3rd Floor - Stitching the North and South buildings together is
the stunning 43,000 sq ft City View Room that features floor
to ceiling windows and is capable of accommodating 2,800 for
sit-down dinner or over 200 trade show booths.
