Winnipeg's Unique Off-site Venues The Winnipeg Art Gallery boasts collections ranging from 15th century panel paintings to 1950s modernism, to the largest collection of contemporary Inuit art in the world. And with its modern architecture, it's no wonder that it becomes the city's hottest night spot during Nuit Blanche. The immense Eckhardt Hall's gorgeous Manitoba Tyndall Stone can be utilized on its own for a reception or sit-down dinner, or brilliantly combined with the Skylight Gallery, a perfect location for a cocktail reception, as guests peruse the various works of art on display as the sun or moonlight shines in softly from above. The celebrated Rooftop Patio has one of the best views in the entire city where delegates can walk around the charming sculpture garden as they take in the evening's entertainment, meandering from indoor to outdoor space. For presentations and training sessions, the Muriel Richardson Auditorium is an ideal spot. This concert hall has over 300 contour seats, an adjoining lobby for a classy stand-up reception, and state-of-the-art digital sound and lighting capabilities.
