Tourism Winnipeg • www.meetingswinnipeg.com You exceeded even my expectations, which were, admittedly, high. The food was magnificent, the service outstanding and the facility world class – and then there were the bears!!!! Our guests were seemingly mesmerized by the experience of having bears literally swimming all around them (not to mention 'dancing' on the roof of the tunnel!!) as evidenced in their reluctance to leave that area, even with the promise of a sumptuous meal, which it was. You and your staff managed to create an atmosphere of informal elegance where our guests could relax, renew old acquaintances and just enjoy the experience of "An Evening with the Bears". We have heard nothing but glowing reviews about the entire event from everyone that attended. Your attention to detail and your willingness to accommodate all of our requests no matter how seemingly trivial (even up to the 11th hour) sets you apart, making you very deserving of your classification as a 'world class facility'. Take a well-deserved bow - you were instrumental in making Manitoba 'shine' as we entertained the Ministers of Environment from across Canada. We look forward to any future opportunities where we may collaborate on other events of this nature. Our sincere thanks for all of your efforts on our behalf. - Kathryn Hepburn, Senior Policy Analyst, Manitoba Conservation and Water Stewardship We were proud to share our city with Advanced Practice Nurses from across Canada. The weather cooperated, and the support from the folks at the CMHR was incredible. Excellent!!!! - Asha Pereira, 2015 Conference Chair, Canadian Association of Advanced Practice Nurses Our group of 325 loved it! Great venue, good food, and excellent service. Fun Night at the Met for the entire group. - Nick Franjic, Executive Director, Construction Specifications Canada Thursday evening we had dinner at the Hitch'n Post and took the Prairie Dog Central train. Sheriffs were also hired. Lots of fun. – Paula Jenkins, Office Manager, Canadian Cattlemen's Association
