PLANETARIUM W The exploration of space is the greatest journey humanity has ever undertaken. What does it take to be part of the journey? What does it take to be… an astronaut? Narrated by Ewan McGregor (Obi-Wan Kenobi in the Star Wars prequels), Astronaut is the next best thing to being there. Special shows for families with young children are also available; make sure to check our web site for a schedule of shows and show times. Your full-dome planetarium experience always includes a live segment on the current night sky. SCIENCE GALLERY W The Science Gallery features many fun, interactive exhibits that encourage learning and discovery. See a full-sized rocket, build and test drive your own race car, touch a real meteorite, interact with a tornado, and explore Lake Winnipeg in an award-winning simulator. MANITOBA SPORTS HALL OF FAME W M The Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame celebrates and showcases sport excellence and achievement in Manitoba. The decade-galleries of sport will walk you through time where you'll see artifacts and memories of Manitoba's rich sport history, like the AVCO Cup and Clara Hughes' bike from the '96 Olympics. Be inspired by our province's sport heroes. 145 Pacific Avenue (in the Sport for Life Centre) – Exchange District Tel: 204.925.5936 Email: halloffame@sportmanitoba.ca www.manitobahalloffame.ca MARTHA STREET STUDIO W a Martha Street Studio is a community- based printmaking facility offering equipment, facilities and support to produce, exhibit, and disseminate cutting- edge, print-based artwork.
