PRIDE WINNIPEG FESTIVAL Pride Day – Sunday, June 5, 2016 Winnipeg's LGBTTQ* (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, two-spirit, and queer) communities and their supporters come together during this 10-day festival (May 27–June 5, 2016) to celebrate their pride. Activities kick off with a rainbow flag-raising at City Hall, and include sports tournaments, community barbecues, dance parties, shows by queer artists, and so much more. The Festival at The Forks begins on Saturday, May 28 with live entertainment for all ages, artisans, and the famed Queer Beer Tent for the adults, and spills over into Pride Day, Sunday June 5! Pride Day includes a rally at the Manitoba Legislative Building, parade through downtown, the Festival at The Forks and the night ends with the city's biggest dance party!
