Promenade Café and Wine serves breakfast, lunch and
dinner in the French Quarter overlooking Esplanade Riel
and the Red River. Local, homemade comfort food and

Our central location just 2 minutes from Portage and
Main creates easy access to downtown amenities, tour
groups and itineraries. The windows that line the Wine
room (capacity of 55) and Café room (capacity of 30)
overlooks the downtown skyline and the Canadian
Museum for Human Rights.
French comfort food and local ingredients are the basis
of the ever-changing seasonal menus. Promenade
Café and Wine focuses on Winnipeg's local foods
and French community. Each item on our restaurant
menu is a unique and flavour-packed expression of the
kitchen's soul.
We are dedicated to utilizing local, regional and organic
food products wherever possible in our dishes. There is
nothing pre-made in our Winnipeg restaurant, including
all of our made from scratch desserts. With our ever
changing menu no two visits to Promenade Café and
Wine should ever need to be the same.
Our wine list of old and new world varietals is carefully
