Page 47 It's our Time It's our Time BuSiNESS plaN Fan eXperience Winnipeg Fans in Winnipeg have been attached to the game of hockey for over a century. Manitobans will show their passion for the game for the IIHF World Junior Championship. They came in 1999 to sell out the Winnipeg Arena, they travelled to Grand Forks in droves for the 2005 event, and hosting again would again prove our ability to support the 2019 IIHF World Junior Championship. At the MTS Centre, fans will be treated to a venue which opened in 2004 with constant re-investment in the facility. A new HD score clock was installed in 2015 and all new seating has gone in prior to the 2016 season. Future improvements are planned for the coming seasons, all with the patron experience in mind. For the second year in a row, the MTS Centre was ranked number one in the NHl for fan experience by Stadium Journey, a website dedicated to arenas and stadiums across the world. Saskatoon At the conclusion of every game at SaskTel Centre, fans will be transported just down the street to CNH place, World Fest Saskatoon! Fans looking for an epic hockey experience will enjoy great food, nightly entertainment from Saskatchewan's best bands, and the opportunity to watch games from Winnipeg on the giant screens throughout the building. Fans will be treated to the party of a lifetime at World Fest Saskatoon's New year's Eve celebration. Saskatoon will also present a unique Family Fan Fest experience featuring a wide range of hockey related interactive displays for the entire family to enjoy. In terms of the hockey, every effort has been made to provide family-affordable ticket pricing to make the event accessible to a wide audience. We will endeavor to maximize ticket sales through creative packaging and scaled pricing.
