Proposal 15960 00023177 Event #: Account #: International Council for Near Infrared Spectroscopy 2021 International Conference on Near Infrared Spectroscopy Notes ** The RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg will extend reductions on the meeting room rentals, based on the following: · A minimum Food and Beverage spend of $55,000 (before taxes and gratuities) will result in a room rental discount of 20%. · Food and Beverage spend of $55,001 to $65, 000 (before taxes and gratuities) will result in a room rental discount of 30%. · Food and Beverage spend of $65, 001 to $75,000 (before taxes and gratuities) will result in a room rental discount of 40%. · Food and Beverage spend of $75,001 and over (before taxes and gratuities) will result in a room rental discount of 50%. ** The RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg is currently holding the meeting space and dates as noted in this proposal for the following sets of dates: ** July 10th to 15th, 2021 ** July 17th to 22nd, 2021 ** July 24th to 29th, 2021 The room rental rates as listed in this proposal will be applicable to all of the above noted date options. ** Wi-Fi for conference delegates is available free of charge facility wide through our wireless partner Telus. ** Please note that the International Council for Near Infrared Spectroscopy will need to work with a display company for the setup, tables, chairs, skirting, pipe and drape and poster boards for the exhibits portion of the conference. ** Additional charges may include but are not limited to electrical requirements, audio visual requirements, and Public Liability Insurance. Freeman Audio Visual is the in house provider of audio visual services. Any quotes for audio visual services will be provided directly to the International Council for Near Infrared Spectroscopy by Freeman Audio Visual once specific requirements are known.
