FortWhyte Alive is home to the largest urban bison herd in Canada with 30 to 40 calling this nature oasis home. * * Fairmont Winnipeg is the first hotel in Winnipeg to place bee hives on its roof, in partnership with Beeproject Apiaries. The harvested honey is then used in dishes for hotel guests to enjoy.
