Its outdoor spaces are second-to-none, as you can enjoy a private function in the serene Leo Mol Sculpture Garden, brimming with flowers, tranquil pools, and bronze sculptures. For a larger reception, the Gateway to the Arctic facility will have guests strolling through a glass-ceilinged tunnel while polar bears and ringed seals swim and play overhead, then stopping into the Aurora Borealis Theatre for a private dinner while catching a glimpse of the northern lights projected on a 360 degree horizon. The Tundra Grill offers plenty of space to mix and mingle, while you gaze at the majestic polar bears who play behind the glass wall that connects to the sprawling Journey to Churchill exhibit. For larger private groups of up to 4,000 in summer months the whole Journey To Churchill exhibit can be rented out. Across the way, the Qualico Family Centre blends in with woodsy surroundings, boasting the ability for guests to network under the unique architecture of the angular, stone-buttressed wood-beamed building, while peering outside upon the shimmering, tree-lined duck pond. *Includes Gateway to the Arctic building public spaces, Aurora Theatre, entrance, lobby, walkways Venue Square Footage Reception Capacity Banquet Capacity Gateway to the Arctic 8,570* 250 88 Qualico Family Centre 5,150 220 180 Tundra Grill 4,300 140 100 The Pavillion at Assiniboine Park 3,500 130 100 Assiniboine Park - 4,000 - Leo Mol Sculpture Garden -- 400 --
