34 2017 Annual Report EDW's Ambassador Toolkit New features were added to MyWinnipeg.ca, including a video hosted by Ace Burpee, and a new two-page cheat sheet toolkit featuring a snapshot of local tourism tidbits and a best of culinary piece. 2017 Meetings & Conventions Co-op Advertisement Program A total of $110,000 was allocated for this campaign, targeted at meeting planners and association executives, positioning Winnipeg as a desirable meetings and conventions destination. Campaign participants included the RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg, Travel Manitoba, Tourism Winnipeg and the Canadian Museum for Human Rights. Campaign results were extremely successful attracting four million impressions, over 7,000 click- thrus, 94,872 video views and 30,057 minutes of video viewed. 2017 Leisure Winter Campaign This campaign promoted Winnipeg's winter season and resulted in almost 70,000 visits to the winter-themed microsite, over 2.5 million impressions and 630,249 video views, and a press conference announcing Winnipeg's Winter Cities designation. The campaign also featured companies taking advantage of the winter weather to advance their business.
