Enjoy the culinary creativity of the district's unique local restaurants while discovering the spectacular history of this area, a National Historic Site of Canada. • July and Aug. • Tuesday at 6 p.m. • $85 per person • July and Aug. • Wednesday at 6 p.m. • $75 per person A guided excursion unearths the edible bounty available in your own backyard. Wild food gathering includes plant identification, and tips and tricks for finding your favourite vittles.
