MARTYR'S SHRINE

The shrine illustrates the courageous
life of a modern Christian martyr,
having suffered severe torture
during the soviet regime in Ukraine,
through museum artifacts, panels,
and multimedia presentations. He
died in Winnipeg in 1973 and rests in
this beautifully designed shrine, the
second martyr's shrine in Canada.

The C2 Centre for Craft is
dedicated to presenting the best
of contemporary and traditional
craft in Manitoba. Located in an
historic building in Winnipeg's
Exchange District, C2 features regular
exhibitions at the Shirley Richardson
Craft Gallery, a retail shop, library,
museum collection, and more. C2
is home to the Manitoba Crafts
Museum and Library (MCML) and
