As of April 2019 YTD, the occupancy rate in the Winnipeg CMA stood
at 65.0 per cent, up 0.5 percentage points from 64.5 per cent last year.
Continuously, this figure is stronger than the national rate of 58.1 per
cent. ADR in the Winnipeg CMA was up to $127 from $126; growth of 0.6
per cent. The Winnipeg CMA continues to have a lower RevPAR than the
Canadian average, growing 1.3 per cent from the previous year to $82.32.
