Magical Musical History Tour Join local music historian and author John Einarson on this one-of-a-kind tour. Situated on an attractive peninsula of land with the river winding around it, the colonists had easy access to the Hudson Bay post for supplies, drinking water, and transportation. Its citizens were the future leaders of Winnipeg. The tour begins from the Ross House Museum in Joe Zuken Heritage Park and is approximately 45 minutes long. No admission fee.   Reservations for a minimum group of four and a maximum of 15 are required. The tour will guide you through the rich history of the francophone community and the history of the French Quarter as you visit landmarks and observe historic architecture. Learn about the magnificent St. Boniface Cathedral, the great fire and its new, modern design.  The one-and-a-half to two hour walking tour of Old St. Boniface is offered twice daily at 10:30  a.m. and 1:30  p.m. seven days a week from May long weekend to September long weekend.
