Adult fares are $11, youth and seniors are $9. Call for reservations. The River Spirit Water Bus offers a transportation system in the downtown Winnipeg area. There are six docks, which are serviced every 15 minutes. One way fare is $3.50, a full day pass is $15. West End BIZ Mural Walking Tours Put on your walking shoes. Award winning and recognized as a top tourist attraction, the West End BIZ walking tours of the area's 50+ murals are offered throughout the summer. The fully guided tours follow routes along Ellice Avenue or Sargent Avenue. A new combo tour also takes in the newest murals to the collection along Portage Avenue. Participants experience the unique history and culture of the area, while learning about the murals. Many of the West End's eclectic shops and ethnic restaurants are also highlighted.
