Hotel dining at its finest No matter where you go in Winnipeg, you are guaranteed a great meal—including at your hotel. Blaze Bistro & Lounge Connected to RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg, Blaze Bistro & Lounge in the Delta offers a Canadian- inspired menu for breakfast through to late night, while its bar is a great spot for before, during or after a Jets game, when locals come to revel. VG Restaurant and Lounge The Fairmont's VG Restaurant is renowned for its fine-dining fare, along with a great Sunday brunch program that includes a Caesar bar. SMITH SMITH at Inn at The Forks has two pitch-perfect patios for people watching, while the handsome Hudson's Bay-inspired interior can't be beat in winter. Pauline & The Wood Tavern The Norwood Hotel has the two prettiest new rooms in the city—Pauline, a brunch spot whose chic interior is inspired by local 1920s fashion drawings and The Wood Tavern, which is bathed in dark wood and a menu where most of the food is cooked over wood charcoal. Cibo Waterfront Cafe The Mere Hotel is serviced by the Italian-inspired Cibo Waterfront Cafe, which also has a peach of a patio beside the river, along with a very handsome exposed brick dining room.
