World Junior Championship Bid Committee for the proposed 2019 and 2021 World Junior Hockey
Championships.
We are excited about the committee's intent to pursue hosting this prestigious event. With the
overwhelming love and support of the game of hockey we can envision a huge volunteer effort
from our community.
Winnipeg's and the province's strong reputation in hosting major international events, we are
confident that the event would be a great success. Hosting the World Championships in the heart
of Canada would an excellent opportunity to showcase for our venues, city, and province.
