10 The Winnipeg Barometer Report | Volume 8, 2016 A look at Canadian CMA's as of October 2016 shows the highest increase in RevPAR year-over-year from January to October 2016 was seen in Toronto, up 12.8%; Vancouver, up 11.5%; Halifax and Victoria up 8.8%. In comparison, Winnipeg's RevPAR saw a 3.9% growth. In contrast, Saskatoon and Calgary saw the highest decrease in RevPAR, down 17.4% and 17.1% respectively, with Edmonton close behind, down 11.1 %.
