I wish to formally inform you ICNRS of our interest in hosting the 2021 conference in
Winnipeg, Canada.
We are aware of the rules of ICNIRS regarding meeting organization. I and some of my
colleagues will attend the conference in Brazil where we will be able to present a more detailed
proposal for the council and the conference members to evaluate.
